1. Data controller

VIP LIMO S.à r.l., 36 rue Randlingen, L-8366 Hagen, Luxembourg, is responsible for the processing described in this policy.

2. Information we may process

• name, company, telephone number and email address;
• service date, time, pickup and destination;
• Google Places identifiers and coordinates needed for routing;
• flight details where supplied;
• passenger and luggage information;
• vehicle and service preferences;
• messages and special instructions;
• review content, reviewer name and optional email when a client submits a website review;
• payment reference and payment status;
• communications with VIP LIMO;
• technical security and server information necessary to operate the website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to prepare quotations, respond to enquiries, organise and perform chauffeur services, manage payments, communicate with clients, issue accounting documents, handle cancellations and complaints, protect the website and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the processing, the legal basis may be pre-contractual measures requested by the client, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent where consent is legally required.

4. Service providers

• Google Maps Platform / Google Routes: address selection, coordinates, distance, duration and route calculation.
• Stripe: secure online card payment processing.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• Vercel: website hosting and technical infrastructure.
• Soro: optional third-party blog content, loaded only where the user has enabled optional third-party content.

5. Payment information

Complete card details entered in Stripe Checkout are processed by Stripe. VIP LIMO does not receive or store the full card number or card security code.

6. International processing

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must rely on an appropriate legal mechanism under applicable data-protection law.

7. Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal rights.

Accounting records and supporting documents that must be retained under Luxembourg law may be kept for the statutory retention period, which is generally 10 years.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Consent may be withdrawn where processing is based on consent.

Requests may be sent to info@vip-limo.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).

9. Security

VIP LIMO applies reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure.

10. Automated decisions

The website may calculate a route or quotation automatically. VIP LIMO does not use the booking form to make decisions producing legal effects solely through automated profiling.

11. Microsoft Advertising / UET

If the user authorises optional third-party technologies, VIP LIMO may use Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET), tag 97270077, to measure advertising campaign performance and conversions.

When UET is activated, Microsoft may receive technical information associated with the visit and advertising interactions in accordance with Microsoft's own services and privacy terms. On this website, UET is not loaded before optional consent has been granted.
