1. Current approach

VIP LIMO does not currently use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET), tag 97270077, is used only after the visitor authorises optional third-party technologies.

The website uses a limited number of technical and third-party technologies required to provide requested functionality.

2. Essential technologies

Technologies strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user may operate without optional consent.

• Google Maps / Places when the chauffeur request form is used for address selection and route preparation;
• Stripe when the user chooses secure online card payment;
• security and technical infrastructure required to operate the website;
• storage of the user's cookie/technology preference.

3. Optional third-party content

The VIP LIMO blog uses content supplied by Soro. This third-party content is treated as optional and is not loaded until the user enables optional third-party content.

Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent use of the chauffeur request form or core website services.

Google Tag Manager (container GTM-NQCTS4K) is used as a technical tag-management layer for optional analytics or advertising technologies. It is not loaded before the visitor has authorised optional third-party technologies.

4. Consent preference

The website stores the user's optional-content preference locally in the browser so that the choice does not need to be requested on every page.

This preference is retained for a maximum of 12 months unless the user clears browser storage or VIP LIMO materially changes the technologies used.

5. Microsoft Advertising / UET

After optional consent, the site may load Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET), tag 97270077, to measure advertising performance and conversions and to understand the effectiveness of Microsoft Advertising campaigns.

UET is not loaded before optional consent. If the visitor later withdraws consent through Cookie Settings, the site updates the Microsoft advertising-storage consent state to denied. VIP LIMO does not sell visitor data.

6. Changing your choice

You can reopen the consent panel at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Withdrawal or refusal is designed to be as straightforward as acceptance.
